When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and (where you provide it) mobile phone number.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Handling of Financial Data and ACH Payments

  • Financial Data: We collect and process financial data, including bank account details, to facilitate ACH payments. This information is securely stored and handled in compliance with industry standards.
  • Third-Party Processing: Payment processing for ACH payments is handled by Stripe. You can view their privacy policy here.
  • User Consent: By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your financial data for payment purposes.

Text Messaging Service Provider

  • SMS Platform: Text messaging to and from Nacke Media, LLC is delivered through CallRail, our call tracking and telecommunications provider.
  • Carriers and Vendors: To deliver text messages, we also share necessary information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages.
  • No Marketing Use: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SECTION 5 – CALLS, RECORDINGS, AND AUTOMATED TRANSCRIPTION

We use a call tracking service to route and measure phone calls made to the phone numbers published on this website. When you call one of those numbers, we collect your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, the page or advertisement that led you to call, and the general location reported by your phone carrier.

Calls to these numbers may be recorded. If a call is recorded, we may also create a written transcript of it and a short written summary of what was discussed. The recording, the transcription and the summarization are carried out for us by third-party service providers, including automated tools and artificial intelligence services. Those providers process the recording and transcript only to provide the service to us, under their own data retention schedules, and we do not permit them to use your call to train their own artificial intelligence models. We do not sell recordings, transcripts or summaries.

We use recordings, transcripts and summaries to return your call accurately, to understand what callers need, to train our team, to measure which marketing brings in calls, and to keep a record of what was discussed.

If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call. We will stop the recording or continue the conversation by email instead. You can also ask us to delete a recording or transcript of your call by writing to [email protected].

SECTION 6 – INFORMATION YOU SEND US THROUGH FORMS

Information you enter into a form on this website, including your name, email address, phone number and anything you type into a message field, is sent to Nacke Media and stored in our customer records.

We may use automated tools and artificial intelligence services, provided to us by third parties, to read, organize, summarize and prioritize these submissions so that we can respond to you quickly and send your request to the right person. Those providers process your information only to provide the service to us and are not permitted to use it to train their own artificial intelligence models. We do not sell the information you send us.

If you would rather we did not process your submission this way, write to us at [email protected] and we will handle your enquiry manually.

SECTION 7 – TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) SERVICE

Program description

Nacke Media, LLC sends text messages to our active customers to communicate and coordinate our work for them upon their request after they have created an account and engaged our services at https://nackemedia.com/. Text messages from Nacke Media, LLC are operational and transactional in nature. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes.

How you opt in

By providing your mobile phone number to Nacke Media, LLC in connection with your account or an active engagement, you consent to receive text messages from us related to that engagement. You may also opt in by replying to a message we send.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on active work and your communication with us. There is no recurring scheduled cadence.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information for support. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future text messages from Nacke Media, LLC. After replying STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in.

Mobile information and third parties

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We respect your privacy. We use information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. We won’t share mobile information with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are exempt from this. Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

Legal disclosure

We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
